1.) What is the purpose of this site?
The purpose of this site is primarily to create a central database of all of the organizations on campus. Ultimately, we hope to use this site to bring Student Association, all of the organizations on campus, and the student body as a whole into closer communication with one another.
2.) How do I edit my organization?Please see our user guide before looking any further. If you cannot find your organization, please refer to "How do I get my organization added to your database?". If there is a conflict and the listed president is no longer president, first try to get them to change this manually for you. If, for whatever reason, they are unable to do so, please contact us and we will confirm with them and change it.
3.) Can I claim multiple organizations?Yes, you are allowed to claim multiple organizations. However, you must be the acting president of each of these organizations.
4.) How do I get my organization added to the database?If you are already an official organization on campus, and we have missed you in our collection of organizations, simply contact us and we will add you to our database. If you are not an official organization on campus, you must follow the regular procedures for forming an organization before you will be added to our site. Sometime soon we hope to have online applications to ease this process.
5.) Why isn't XXX feature available? Why can't I do XXX? Seriously, what is it that you do all day?This site is a fully volunteer effort, and it takes a lot of time and hard work to develop and maintain. While the site is in constant development, we can only add new features so quickly. Please be patient with us as we continue to improve the site and your experience on it.
6.) Where can I submit suggestions / bugs / insults?You can contact SA here. As much as this site probably encourages enough obscenities in each of its users to fill the mouth of an Irish dockworker for a week, please attempt to keep cursing to a minimum. Witty, cutting remarks however are thoroughly appreciated.
7.) Who can I thank for this worthless heap of electronic garbage?That would be me, Ben Schmidt. Hope you all enjoy it...or at least can tolerate it.
